Disguising Protective the Ancient Helmet

  • The local helmetball team rebrand officially announced, new name, new logo, new watermark, new crest (with wrong years of championships, laugh), new helmets, new uniforms, three of the three without burgundy, one of them black because black sells product and nothing matters but selling product, the rebrand not a product of conscientious decision to stop using a racial slur the rebrand a product of the racial slur no longer selling product
  • Forgive me, rebranding and marketing of shitlord product fascinates me and I'm obsessive about uniforms and demented about helmetball, the greatest metaphor for this fucked up country in general, and the local helmetball team in particular as the greatest metaphor for shitlord shitlordiness in a shitlordocracy of their own design
  • If you can no longer use the racial slur of your choice get militaristic, helmetball, finest metaphor for this shitholier than thou country
  • Reminder: our shitlords are five years max away from sending robot dogs with machine gun eyes into your house to seize the $500 you keep for an emergency in an old coffee can in the basement freezer

Outrage: humans are animals too
Reminder: book burning is to feed the crackers, shitlords' real goal is to abolish public education to open up a revenue stream via private schools
Imagine thinking this isn't by design
Jesus fucking crackers, white people
The moral calculations of a shitlord?
Jim rises from moribund, offers you a paradox
Reminder: shitlords preparing to enforce your immiseration
Reminder: motherfucking Democrats our shitlords' most loyal employees
Shitlords LOVE copaganda (almost as much as shitlords' scribes like writing it)
Uckfay, here's the important part, ouyay
Chum for the dumbfucks who will never have their apostasy
Suffocating the world's fisheries!

None of it’s there that you cared for, so familiar
furniture and paintings. The medals aren’t there either
I’m still there but it isn’t; I’m here; sword,
I have sword — imagine — and disguising protect-
ive the ancient helmet. Her head was cut off
nonetheless. The man brought the head along
to the doctor: the head said to. Shouldn’t we
bring the body I asked in case he wants to re-
attach them Oh, the head hadn’t thought of that.

What do you have instead of a body, there?
We have a wholeness of perception what we are
asking you to do for us, write down our poems
creates a body. Otherwise our body ... isn’t
that we aren’t sensuous ... but we decohere,
you must understand that the universe
is always developing or changing its face —
body — whatever; we have always been it
but it’s never quite right ... pilot’s license;

my pilot’s license is a fossil, you said. We
need yours. We need your license.

When Momma first, the very first hallucination
that the decompression tube in her stomach was black ...
It isn’t black I said over the phone well I thought
it was she said, not being fanciful, and I
was in a motel in Colorado at the time. Whose head
was it really I repeat. For we never leave here
and nothing fossilizes but stonelike mossy
patterns might be made, colors transformed

walk to the hospital, everyone’s mad at me, who cares?
It was my whole soul transported and all its certainties
that I existed, beneath all the legends, otherwise
as joy.

  1. 0/good looking cat in photo, but backgound is cluttered - 'slice of life', yes - but a bit distracting

1/with regard to 'white people' - yes, sometimes we behave badly - but we're not the only ones

2/with regard to the 'cancer cabinet' announcement - yes, it is not a serious policy initiative - but the origin of the word you use metaphorically is interesting - feom etymonline

    chum (n.1)
"friend, intimate companion," 1680s, originally university slang for "roommate," an alternative spelling of cham, short for chamber(mate); the formation is typical of the late-17c. fondness for clipped words. Among derived forms used 19c. were chumship; chummery "shared bachelor quarters," chummage "system of quartering more than one to a room."

    chum (n.2)

"fish bait," consisting usually of pieces of some other fish, 1857, perhaps from Scottish chum "food."
