I Made a Joke About How It Doesn't Dovetail

Next four bullets written last night before news of Trump's rona, for the record I do not think our shitlords deliberately infected him

  • When I say I sense a change in shitlord weather I mean only the urgency to secure the judiciary before posturing Democrats delay the purchase of a sixth yacht by whole minutes of lost interest, whole fucking laundromat cycles possibly slowing .-.06% causing short bets one Tuesday not winning next Wednesday
  • Trump's victory no longer imperative, I still think he'll win by any means shitlord approved but the terms have changed
  • More professional BWAH! bwahing Trump since Tuesday than in the 457 months since Inaugural Day 2017 combined, that New York Times hit-piece, news-flashed between Ginsberg death and first debate, timing totally coincidental
  • I think our shitlords still see profit in Trump's shit but want Trump to shit his criminally diapered self and remember on whom he depends

PLANISPHERE

John Ashbery

We were sitting there, and
I made a joke about how
it doesn’t dovetail: time,
one minute running out
faster than the one in front
it catches up to.
That way, I said,
there can be no waste.
Waste is virtually eliminated.

To come back for a few hours to
the present subject, a painting,
looking like it was seen,
half turning around, slightly apprehensive,
but it has to pay attention
to what’s up ahead: a vision.
Therefore poetry dissolves in
brilliant moisture and reads us
to us.
A faint notion. Too many words,
but precious.

  1. 1)i am reminded of the prayer for the tsar from 'fiddler on the roof' -

g-d keep the tsar ..... far away from us

2)i took my car in for an oil change this morning - tony and i agreed

a)we wish trump a speedy recovery

    b)it serves him right

3)i happened to see a headline - white house kept hope hicks' diagnosis secret for 24 hours so trump could go to fundraiser - i wonder how the people who went to that fundraiser feel about that now

4)may the creative forces of the universe stand beside us, and guide us, through the Night with the Light from Above, in our never-ending quest for truth, justice, and the potentially sentient way to maximize wellbeing and/or minimize suffering given applicable constraints of time and resources

5)“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
